Parent Online Registration for SY23

SY23 - ALL parents must complete the Online Registration (OLR) through the Parent Portal to update or confirm information (address, phone numbers, email addresses, health and language services needs and emergency contacts). 

Each parent/guardian will also electronically acknowledge the handbook for each student. No longer does a parent have to fill out separate information cards for each student, all information is contained as a household for the family. This process will allow the majority of returning HCS students to have up-to-date information on file, electronically, prior to the summer break. 

All families can take advantage of the early opportunity to #BeReadyDayOne and alleviate the strain and stress that often accompanies back to school forms and paperwork, especially for families with multiple students. When school starts, families will be able to focus on building connections with teachers and schools, knowing that all back-to-school paperwork and processes are complete. Additionally, contains important information about the upcoming school year and new information is continually added.
