How do I reserve a date?
The PAC is heavily booked about a year in advance. Organziations within Henry County Schools have first scheduling opportunity each spring for the following school year. Remaining dates are available to non-school clients on a first-come basis, beginning June 1st of each year. To aid in event planning and marketing, we will consider non-school requests for use in July, August and September on a case-by-case basis prior to June 1.
