It is almost here! We start school in less than two weeks, August 17. We have been preparing for your child to have an exceptional school year! As I indicated last week, teachers are reaching out to you to schedule individual conferences next week. We are really looking forward to seeing former students and new Impact Academy scholars.

Below is more information about how to prepare for the upcoming first day of school:

	Open House is Monday, August 10 from 3-5pm. Click here to access the site for our virtual open house. (We are still editing the site so it will not be ready until Monday.) A list of classes will be available Monday through Infinite Campus. You may also access your list of classes through the SIS:https://sislogin.edgenuity.com/
	Impact Academy has a tradition of having a yearly t-shirt. Consider supporting Impact Academy and showing IA spirit through the purchase of our t-shirt. #ImpactProud! *ORDER HERE*
	This year is different in so many ways but the way we use Infinite Campus is changing also. Henry County Schools requests that you log in to Infinite Campus to get updated handbook information, sign important documents, and gain access to your child’s list of classes. 	Elementary iPads and Chromebooks will be picked up next week during parent/student conferences. NEW TECHNOLOGY PROCEDURES: SCENARIO 1: If you have a broken or malfunctioning computer Bring the Chromebook to IA by Tuesday, August 11. You may pick up the fixed or loaner chromebook on Friday, August 14 or Monday August 17. SCENARIO 2: If you do not currently have a Chromebook issued to your child. (We ask that all students use a school issued Chromebook this year) Please fill out this survey to tell you need a laptop and what day you will be coming to pick up. https://forms.gle/EdoQJzCi2HxD15Sx6 You may come to Impact Academy on Friday, August 14 or Monday, August 17 to pick up a Chromebook.
	This is an exciting time and we look forward to seeing the smiling faces of our students next week during conferences and for weeks to come as we start the school year with great enthusiasm.
