His middle school programs won numerous county championships and laid the foundation for two state title runs for Henry Co. H.S. He coached Henry Co. H.S. first ever state champion in 1988. National Hall of Fame (Georgia Chapter) member. Helped lead Ola H.S. to a 3rd place finish in the State Duals and Traditional State Championships.
