    Pre-K Registration Information

    Pre-K Registration for one new site will be held from October 5 - October 6, 2017.
    Applications may be accessed (here – Pre-K Forms) or at one of the school sites.
    Any student who is registered after October 6 will be placed on a waiting list.

    The first day of class will be Monday, October 16, 2017

    Registration will be held at the site listed below

    The school office will be accepting applications from 8am – 2pm.

    The following public school site will be offering a new Pre-K class for the 2017-2018 school year.

    Children who are 4 years old by September 1, 2017 are eligible to participate.  Acceptance into the program will be based on a lottery system for each school site with priority given to children residing within the individual school attendance areas. 

    Children currently attending another GA Pre-K site are not eligible to transfer.

    Children who have not yet attended a GA Pre-K program are eligible.

    Parents/Guardians may only register for one public school site.

    Eligibility for Enrollment

    All registration forms must be completed for each child seeking to register in the program along with copies of the following documents:


    • Birth Certificate
    • *Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231)
    • *Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (Form 3300)
    • Photo Identification
    • Social Security Card or Waiver
    • Proof of Guardianship if applicable
    • Proof of Residency

    Attendance Requirements
    The program operates on a traditional school calendar.  The students will be expected to attend school Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 2:25pm.

    Parents/guardians will receive written notification of status
    in the program the week of October 9-13.
