    What is Gifted Resource? 
    I am so excited for another amazing year in the gifted program at Walnut Creek Elementary. During this time, the students will participate in critical and creative thinking activities and hands on cooperative group projects that have real world connections while making meaningful learning experiences. 
    We will continue to work on Henry County's Initiative for 21st Century Skills; communication, collaboration, critical and creative thinking. When students have a complete understanding of these skills and how to use to them, they can have a profound effect not only in their academics, but can provide the necessary skills to navigate through various situations. Creating "thinkers and doers" is essential for our future leaders and I'm very fortunate to be able to work with these wonderful students. They are our future!
