                  Welcome     
         I Have been with the Henry County Board of Education since 2009.   Where I started in EBD at Hampton Middle School.  I then moved to Stockbridge Middle and was over In School Suspension. I then transfered to Cotton Indian Elementary as a Kindergarten Paraprofessional.  Then to my current position of ESE Teacher for the past 3 years. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with a concentration in Education from Ashford University and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. I am currently teaching 3rd and 4th grade students with disabilities in the academic areas of Math, Language Arts and Reading.  This school year 2020 - 2021 I will be teaching 5th grade.  I love teaching because nothing replaces the smile on a kids face when they finally get something and you helped them get there.  I am also the Head Baseball Coach at Stockbridge High School. 
         I have been married for 27 years to my best friend Cindy Greene.  We have three children Taylor, Nathan, and Jack.  We are a sports family and stay on the go constantly with Jack playing baseball.  I am fortunate enough to be working with two of my children this year as Nathan will again be instructing in Physical Education at CIE and my daughter will be in her first year at CIE teaching 3rd grade.
