    My name is Narissa Allen and I am honored to be an Exceptional Student Educator as well as TEACHER OF THE YEAR at Luella Elementary School for the 2022-23 academic school year. This is my 9th year as an ESE Interrelated teacher and I will have the pleasure of teaching 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade.
