All About Me:
I received a B.A. in Psychology and minors in Biology and Neuroscience from Wesleyan College, a M.A. in Science Education with a concentration in Biological Sciences from Western Governors University, and a M.S. in Forensic DNA & Serology from the University of Florida. I have taught Earth Systems and Human Anatomy & Physiology at Union Grove High School in McDonough, Georgia. I have also taught at Southwest High School in Macon, GA where I have experience teaching Biology and Conceptual Physics. I have also been a science adjunct professor at Georgia Perimeter College. I am an advocate for the use of technology, critical thinking skills, inquiry-based learning, and hands-on activities. As it allows students to self-discover and think critically to solve complex problems in the real-world. As we progress through the course, I hope that I can share my love for science with you so that we may become richer with knowledge.
