The Off-Season Workout Schedule includes 3 different workouts for students interested in trying out for football next fall that do not require any weights. A pull up bar or something that can be used for pull ups would be great. All workouts are circuit workouts and the exercises should be done in order. After finishing the last exercise in the circuit the athlete should start over until the he completes the required number of rounds.
