Q: I need help with the course material. I am stuck on a quiz, or I don't understand what I am being asked to do. How do I find help?
A: Your teachers are your lifeline for this type of help. Visit the teacher pages on our website to find their phone numbers or use the Student Information System (SIS) email to contact them. They are ready and able to help you. Don't wait until you are frustrated. They are here to help.
Q: My Schedule is wrong. How do I get help?
A: Call and email our school counselors: Kriesthe Young, A-K (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Joan Prisk, L-Z (email@example.com). We have so many active students that try to reach us that it is important to let a couple of people in our program know you have an issue with your schedule so that we are sure to help you in a timely manner.
Q: I need help making notes; I write so much and never use most of it!

I am having technical problems. How do I get help?
A: Because every household has specific hardware and Internet configurations, we are not able to troubleshoot issues related to your Internet or computer. If you have technical issues related to your course, please use the following customer support contact information for Edgenuity:

Q: When are my teachers available to help me?
A: Basically, Impact Academy academic teachers are available twice a week on campus from 8 am to 4 pm: 8th-12th grade teachers on Mondays and Wednesdays and 6th and 7th grade teachers on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On the other days, teachers are accessible by email and phone. Most of the elective teachers do not work in the building but are accessible by email and possibly phone.
