       Welcome, my name is Sarah Greene.  This is my 27th year teaching and I am so happy to have you (or your child) in my class this year.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Berry College in Rome, Georgia, my Master's Degree in Foundations of Education from Troy University in Alabama, and my Specialist Degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama.   I began my teaching career in Clayton County in 1997.  I taught 5th and 3rd grades at Northcutt and Kemp Elementary Schools.  Then, I moved to Henry County to be closer to home.  I have taught 1st and 3rd grades at Mt. Carmel Elementary in Hampton and am glad to be a 3rd-grade teacher at Rock Spring Elementary again this year.
       My husband Jamey and I have been married for 26 years and have two daughters, Meredith and Ashley.
