so there really should not be a lot of change to the normality of completing the assignments. I have the assignments that are due located in my Google classroom for each class. I will be available by e mail everyday during the times that the district has listed in the county website. If you need help or have a question please e mail and I will get back as soon as possible. I will update grades and grading the work within the platform frequently. Stay safe and follow all guidlines listed by health professionals and I look forward to seeing everyone once school re opens
Welcome to the high tech and fast pace world of AVTF. I am looking forward to a fun and exciting year with everyone. The objective of this class is to learn about the history of Television and all the key Components that make up this industry that most of us watch everyday. Broadcasting is a fun and exciting field that uses many parts and pieces to allow us to view the programming that is viewed on our Televisions and it is my hope that the students will see and understand the complexity of what is necessary for a program to go on air.
I have a Broadcasting degree from Georgia Southern University and worked with ESPN for 2 years right out of college. I then worked as a free lance producer and cameraman for 5 years after I left ESPN. I have first hand knowledge of how the industry works and look forward to providing this information to my students to allow them the opportunity to explore if the field of Broadcast journalism might be a career path. I also Coach Varsity football and Golf.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me through my e mail that is listed above.
