    Fall preseason workouts will begin Monday August 24th. Workouts will be every Monday and Wednesday from 5 p.m-7 p.m. There will be a screening process for Covid-19 upon arrival. You will need to wear attire for working out in the gym. DO NOT bring any outside basketballs or equipment. Also you need to provide your own water (it is recommended to bring a gallon of water each session). Please review the following information prior to coming:
     
    FRESHMEN: this is only for students who are NOT currently participating in a fall sport. You will need a current (done after March of 2020) physical in order to participate. Workouts will consist of conditioning drills, footwork/coordination drills, lateral movement drills, etc. Again bring your own water, you will not be allowed to workout without it.
     
    UPPERCLASSMEN (10-12 grade): you will need a current physical (done after March of 2020) in order to particiapte. You will also have to be academically eligible. Workouts will consist of conditioning drills, footwork/coordination drills, lateral movement drills, etc. Again bring your own water, you will not be allowed to workout without it.
