The Physical Education and Health Department's goal is to teach lifelong health and fitness strategies to students.  All students are required under state standards to take one 1/2 semester of Personal Fitness and one 1/2 semester of Health in order to meet all graduation requirements.  These are most often taken in the freshman year.   


    Course Offerings

    Upper-classmen have fitness class elective options as well. 

    Currently we offer team sports, aerobics, and weight-training.
