    Physical Education and Health
     
    The Physical Education and Health Department's goal is to teach lifelong health and fitness strategies to students.  All students are required under state standards to take one 1/2 semester of Personal Fitness and one 1/2 semester of Health in order to meet all graduation requirements.  These are most often taken in the freshman year. 
     
    Upper-classmen have fitness class elective options as well.  Currently we offer team sports, aerobics, and weight-training.
