CTAE students graduate with the academic skills, hands-on experience in real work environments, and intensive career guidance required to successfully transition to a two-year or four-year college, the military, or other postsecondary education.

Career pathways are state-approved career enhancement programs as a coherent, articulated sequence of three rigorous academic and career-related courses usually commencing in the 9th or 10th grade.

    Luella offers the following pathways:

Agriscience Career Pathway, Computing Pathway, Early Childhood Education Pathway, Engineering Pathway, Healthcare Services-Medical Services Career Pathway, JROTC-Naval Science Pathway, Marketing & Management Career Pathway and Public Safety.

Many pathways conclude with an assessment which leads to an industry-recognized certificate or licensure.
