    A Magical Year of Learning!!!

    Greetings PGE Families,

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome to a new year of learning and exploring with your child!!! My name is Aisha Brown, and I am the Parent and Family Engagement Professional at Pleasant Grove. I am very excited to begin this fantastic year with you as a partner in your child’s academic career. I have an open door policy and will gladly assist you with any questions or concerns you might have regarding your child’s education. As your Parent Liaison, my goal is to Empower, Motivate, and Assist you by creating learning events and activities that adhere to the curriculum. We will have many opportunities for you to get informed and involved throughout the school year. As a Title I school, you have the benefit of having a Family Resource Center, in room #210. The family center is open from 8:00AM – 3:00PM and is stocked with books, games, electronics, puzzles, and many other learning tools to help promote academic success for your child. All items in the resource center, including the computer, printer, and copier, are for PGE families. We encourage you to visit the resource room, meet with your Parent Liaison, check-out helpful resources, ask questions, discuss academic concerns, volunteer, or grab a cup of Joe to “Super Charge” your morning.
