    Welcome to Ms. Julie Allen's Third Grade Web Page. 
    Hello!  My name is Julie Allen, and I would like to welcome you and your child to
    Third Grade at Flippen Elementary School!  I am very excited about this school year! 
    I hope that this will be a successful and enjoyable learning experience for your child. 
    I started teaching in 1988, and I love what I do!  
    I have one beautiful child, Stephanie, who recently got married, and is a NICU nurse at a local hospital.
    I welcome Parent Volunteers in my classroom.  Volunteers are often used to work with children in small groups or individually, make teaching materials, assist with school parties and other events, make copies, and finally, to monitor students if necessary. 
    If volunteering in our classroom interests you, please let me know.  Thank you!
