    Items you will need for Virtual P.E. during the Week of January 11-15, 2021....

    3rd-5th Grade:  6-9 Solo Plastic Cups (9 would be best, if you have that many); punch holes in the bottom of the cups, so they won't stick together; if you don't feel like doing that since it will ruin the cup, that is fine!  We'll make it work!

    Items you will need for Virtual P.E. (updated on Oct. 11th)
    laundry basket/bucket
    balloon
    beachball
    cones, stuffed animals or other safe household items that can be used as "cones"
    basketball/tennis ball/a ball that bounces

    Equipment will be limited in a lot of households, so we will go with alternative items....things you have around the house.

    During your child's P.E. time, it is important that they find a SAFE space where they can move around without tripping or bumping into things or fear of getting hurt....
    1. outside, if the weather is decent;
    2. basement;
    3. bonus room, &
    4. garage

    Something to keep in mind during Virtual P.E.....
    You will have no teammates or opponents.  However, if you have a friend or a family member who can join you during your P.E. time, they are more than welcome to participate.  It helps to have a partner or partners  :)
    There are games that we (face to face) play in the gym, that you will not be able to play while at home, unfortunately.
