Window for Referrals for Gifted Testing

Attention Parents:  You may now nominate your child for consideration for gifted testing by clicking on the link below and filling out the online referral survey. Please note that filling out the survey does not guarantee that your child will be tested. Filling out the survey will automatically submit your child’s name and information to the Gifted Eligibility Team for consideration. The Gifted Eligibility Team will evaluate current data on each referral in order to determine if testing is warranted and appropriate. Screening will not require your child to be pulled from his/her classroom. 

In order to nominate your child for consideration for gifted testing, please click on the link below and complete the requested informational survey before December 1^st. An automatic email of the survey will be sent to the Gifted Collaborative Teacher at East Lake. You will be notified of the results from the data screening by December 9^th. Testing for the students who meet the screening requirements will begin on January 6^th.
