Hello! My name is Laura Turpin. I have been teaching for 30 years.  I have been at Cotton Indian Elementary for 20 of those years. I graduated from  West Georgia College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. I also have a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University. I have been married 31 years and have two grown sons that also attended Cotton Indian.  I strive to make a positive impact on each child by providing engaging, purposeful experiences that build their confidence as a young learner. My philosophy is to grow the whole child and provide a joyful experience as a young learner!
