    Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! I am looking forward to another great year. It is a pleasure to serve as the Personalized Learning Lead.  Fairview Elementary School desires to redesign, to prepare our students to be college, career, and life ready. Personalized Learning in Henry County Schools will include learning experiences for all students that are tailored to their individual development needs, skills and interest. Fairview teachers will include the following five tenets in our blended learning rotation model for English Language Arts: Learner Profiles, Mastery of Henry Teaching & Learning Standards, Authentic Learning, 21st Century Skills, and Technology-Enabled.
