I am Lamona Bryant, a career educator, a graduate from Florida A&M University with a Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Elementary Education. I am a native of Gainesville, Florida. My husband is also a long-time educator who has served in various capacities in the field of education. I am the proud mother of Lawrence and Lauren. I love to travel and spend quality time with my family. I have worked at Hampton for the last ten years, where I have taught different grade levels and worked in various positions.
As the Literacy Instructional Lead Teacher, at Hampton Elementary School, I work with teachers to build relationships to help support them in the vital work that they do with our students. This is done by having a collaborative coaching partnership. It is essential for me as the Instructional Lead Teacher to help meet the needs of the diverse population of students that we serve. As the Instructional Coach, my main goal is to provide coaching and mentoring experience that will help teachers, students, and parents have a successful academic school year.
