     Duties & Responsibilities

    • Total School Operations and Instructional Programs 

    • Strategic Plan and Vision Setting 

    • Primary Evaluator - Assistant Principals, Classified Staff, Work-Based Learning, Athletic Director, SSF, Media Specialist, Graduation Coach, Instructional Lead Teacher, IPLL, Parent Involvement Paraprofessional  

    • Conduct formal and informal observations of instructional staff 

    • Late Day Administrator on rotating Fridays 

    • Observation and Feedback for all personnel 

    • Floating Hallway supervision during class change and dismissal  

    • Data-Driven Instruction 

    • Alignment of Instructional Programs 

    • School-Community Relations 

    • Title I 

    • HR – Recruitment and Personnel 

    • Staff Personnel and HR Concerns 

    • Monitor Staff Attendance 

    • School Budget/Grant Management  

    • School Resource Officer 

    • Manage School Facilities including community usage 

    • Field Trip Requests 

    • Local School Governance (School Council) 

    • CSIP Monitor 

    • Media Point of Contact 

    • Teacher/Staff Recognition Coordinator 

    • Pre-Planning 

    • Partners in Education  

    • Sexual Harassment Point of Contact 

    • Bell Schedules (teacher planning day, assembly, testing, pep rally, early release) 

    • Develop and facilitate internal school review 

    • Other duties as designated by Associate Superintendent
