•  In order to prepare for off season workouts, I will need the following information from you as soon as possible.
    1) Will you be able to attend workouts everyday, Monday-Thursday?  If not, what days can you not attend?
    2) Do you have a current physical on file?  If not, when can you get one?
    3) Complete the 20-21 Athletci Form asap.  Whether you attend workouts or not, if you plan to participate in any sport(s) next school year, this must be on file before you can participate.  See link on the side for the packet.
     
    Understand, that this in voluntary and that you are not required to attend.  However, if you do participate, we will be following the guidelines of GHSA, Henry Co., and Woodland High School.  Once I here back from Coach Stokes on the times we will be allowed to workouts, I will let you know.  The plan is to start Monday, June 22nd.  We will be taking the first 25 kids.  If you are working out with football, you can not work out with basketball.  So, please let me know through remind or email if you will be able to attend.  If you have any question, please let me know.
     
    The following questions will be asked of you daily, so you will need to know the answer to each:
    1) Do you or have you had a fever in the last week? 
    2) Have you had any respiratory or flu-like symptoms in the last week (coughing, vomiting, sore throat, nausea, shaking with chills, and/or loss of smell)? 
    3) Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19? 
    4) Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19? 
    5) Have you traveled to a “hot spot” for COVID-19? 
     
      
    The class code for Remind 101 is @6h478e.  Sign up now, if you have not been added to the group yet.  This is how I will communicate with you as far as any cancellations of practices or games, and other information pertaining to the program.  If you do not have a cell phone, add your parents cell phone, so that you don't miss any information.

    *** The player fees for 2020-2021 is $290 for Varsity/JV teams and $250 for 9th grade team.  If your son played a fall sport, then your fee will be reduced by $40.00

    • Athletic Fee - $40.00 (County Fee, paid once for all sports)
    • Apparel - $210.00 (includes Warm-up, shooting shirt, shoes, etc.)
    • Total - $290.00 (if you did not play a fall sport)
