Greetings!  

My name is Dr. King-Jackson (Dr. KJ) and it is my pleasure to welcome you to the wonderful world of Gifted Education Services.  This is my seventeenth year teaching and I can say, “I have found my passion!”  During my career as an educator, I have experience teaching 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th grade homeroom classes and was previously an Early Intervention Program (EIP) teacher here at Dutchtown Elementary.  My mission is to create a challenging environment for talented and gifted students through creative, hands-on exploration that engages their minds to become the greatest business owners, inventors and citizens in this world. My expectation is for students to enjoy learning while providing skills that are necessary for college and career readiness. 

While away from my wonderful home of D.E.S., you can find me enjoying local football, basketball and baseball games with my family, shopping with friends for personalized trinkets, hanging out at my favorite store, Target and traveling to new places. I am also a huge home team supporter: GO Falcons, GO Hawks, GO Braves, GO United!!!
