Like a traditional face-to-face school school, IA's virtual school is aligned to a set daily class schedule formed into class periods.  Teachers use Google Classroom and Google Meet to meet with students each period. Each class period is designed to provide three components of learning;

• direct instructions from the teacher
• guided learning form the teacher and with other students
• independent learning where student demonstrtate and practice what they have learned.
