Welcome to Environmental Science with Mrs. Volante
I have taught science, as well as a few other subjects, for the past five years. My experience includes two years of Life Science, two years of Earth Science, and one year of Environmental Science. I've led teacher professional development and helped organize and run the school's Summer Bridge Program for upcoming freshmen.
In addition to teaching middle and high school science, I have served with younger students at my church in the children's ministry for the past 18 years. Teaching is the only job I've ever been truly passionate about. Teaching is what I love, and it's where I feel I can truly make a difference in the lives of my students. I will finish my Master's degree in teaching secondary education in the spring of 2023.Please take a moment to view the syllabus below as well as the information for Unit 1.
