Meet Our CounselorsAmy Davis K, 1 and 3My name is Amy Davis and this year will be my 17th year as a counselor in the Henry County School System. I am a graduate of Georgia Southern University where I earned my undergraduate degree and my M.Ed. in School Counseling. I earned my Ed.S. from the University of Georgia in School Counseling as well. I have spent a great deal of my counseling career at the middle school level, but have enjoyed working at the elementary school level. I have learned a lot and look forward to working with the students at Ola.
I enjoy spending time with my family which includes my husband, my eight year old son, four year old daughter and my dog. My interests range from a love of music to reading and running. My favorite things to do are attending concerts and going to the beach.
My goal as a professional school counselor is to help students deal with anything that may interfere with their learning. I believe that with support, students can overcome obstacles that life presents to them and be successful, life time learners.
