Mrs. Heather Berry

Welcome to 5th Grade

My name is Heather Berry. I am starting my 3rd year of teaching. I started my educational journey piloting an internship program here in Henry County and I've spent the last couple of years teaching 6th grade math. I am excited to use what I know about middle school content to help your students achieve their best this year. I am passionate about helping your students develop into self-advocating, accountable and successful scholars! I believe students learn in very different ways. My job is to help them discover how they learn best, apply what they know and develop into confident students in the classroom.

My family and I moved to Henry County 5 years ago from Atlanta. I have been married to my husband for 10 years and we have 3 children; 1 in middle school and 2 in elementary. I love the fall because it brings college football (GO DAWGS!) and cooler weather. I love coffee, peanut M&Ms and our puppy Thor. 

I am excited about teaching and learning along with your students this year.
