4th Grade Teacher

Hello, my name is Tonishia Davenport, your 4th grade teacher. I look forward to helping your scholars grow as young thinkers, researchers, scientists and writers! The 2022-2023 school year theme is, "Get in the Game for Learning, Game On!" 

I have been teaching since 2018. Before I began teaching, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Georgia College & State University. I then received a TEFL certification from Georgia State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from The University of Georgia. 

I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and our families while participating in various fitness activities for our health and gratitude. While my husband grew up everywhere as a military child, I grew up here in Henry County. I love teaching in my hometown and I look forward to working with this community.
