       I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I earned my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education and Master's of Science Degree in Special Education from Duquesne University.  I am in my spring semester of my second year in Georgia Southern's Curriculum Studies Doctoral Program.  This is my 13th year teaching.  I taught elementary, middle and high school, general and special education at the elementary and high school levels.  English Language Arts, math, reading, science, social studies, study skills, social skills, American Government, World Geography, World History, United States History, Economics, Advanced Algebra, and Advanced Mathematical Decision Making are some subjects I taught.  I have experience teaching in urban (Atlanta), suburban (Cobb and Clayton) and rural (Rockdale) school districts.  I look forward to serving my Henry County community.
