Welcome to Physical Education at Luella Elementary School!

My goal for students coming to P.E. class each week is for them to stay active and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. I want students to enjoy coming to P.E., so I try to plan fun and exciting activities that will keep students engaged and active throughout their 40 minute class. Students must exhibit our school's PBIS expectations: Practice Respect, Act Responsibly, Work Together, and Stay Safe (PAWS) whenever they come to the gym and throughout their day at school. It is important that students wear the correct shoes and clothes whenever they have P.E. so they can participate comfortably. Students are more than welcome to bring their own water bottles to the gym, I want them to stay hydrated! I hope that students enjoy their time and are encouraged to stay healthy and active outside of school!
