Welcome to a new school year and to third grade! I am excited for another year at Timber Ridge Elementary! My name is Krissy (or Kristen) Segrest. Henry County is a new home for me, and I have loved being a part of this wonderful community. I was born and raised in the Marietta/Kennesaw area, and I am a graduate of Kennesaw State University. GO OWLS! I have two dogs, named Molly and Maisy. My husband and I stay busy with home projects and working outside. This is my tenth year teaching (finally made it to double digits!), with experiences in public, charter, and private schools in grades third, fourth and fifth grades. I love teaching and feel passionate about the work that I do. I am excited to add another year to the books.
