We regret that we will not be able to accept transportation changes over the telephone.  All requests must be in writing and will be confirmed.  If we are unable to reach you, the note will not be honored.  To expedite this procedure for all concerned, please make sure you include:

1.  Both first and last names of student

2.  Both first and last names of parent(s)/guardians

3.  phone number where you can be reached

Transportation notes should be given to homeroom teachers first thing in the morning to be sent up with attendance folders.
