Welcome to my webpage! My name is Daniel Turner, and this is my 3rd year teaching at Eagle's Landing High School. I got my bachelor's degree in Math Education at Clayton State University in 2018, and I also graduated from this very high school in 2013! I am so excited to begin this virual learning experience, and I can't wait to see you all in person whenever that may be!
My office hours are 7:45 AM - 8:15 AM and 3:15 - 3:45 PM Monday - Friday, and my tutoring hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:15 PM - 3:45 PM or by appointment.
This year, I will be teaching Geometry and Algebra II. I will be using Google Classroom and the HMH online textbook resources for classwork and homework, so please reach out if you are having trouble accessing these sites. I have also set up Remind services that I will be using to remind students and parents of upcoming due dates for assignments and tests/quizzes.
Our class sessions will primarily take place on Google Meet. Below you will find my expectations of you for each session:
