Mr. Arthur Blevins

I graduated from Keith High School and attended Alabama State University in Montgomery, AL.  There, I received my bachelors and master degrees in Elementary Education and an Educational Specialist in Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN.

I have over twenty years of experience in education.  I taught for eight years, served as a curriculum specialist for two years, and assistant principals for four years.  All these experiences have been great and helped me grow as a professional.  I believe all children can learn and it is our job as educators to ensure that they do. Children should be taught "how to think" and not what to think.

I am excited to have students to return to school for face-to-face learning.  SY2021 - 2022 will be one of the best and most memorable years as the faculty, staff, and stakeholders of PCES will provide opportunities and equal access to maximize student outcomes.  Our students will become exceptional and able to perform and function in a global society.
