Hello everyone!  My name is Mrs. Nies, and I am very happy to have you in my class this year.  I am so excited to have everyone back in the building.  We are definitely "BETTER TOGETHER!"

This my 21st year teaching and my 5th year at East Lake Elementary.  I have a 11th grade son Graham, and a 9th grade daughter Georgia.  My husband Chuck and I love to spend time watching our children play sports and playing with our two dogs, Bunny and Thor. 

I cannot wait to start this learning adventure with you!
