Coach Shook - Health & Personal Fitness
Welcome to Coach Shook's Health & Personal Fitness Teachers Page. It is my privilage to be able to work with each and every student that walks through the doors of our school. I know that with the parents, students, teachers and administration all working together, our class will exceed the expections of all.
It is my belief that all students should find ways to bring the best out of themsevles and develop life-long skills. As their teacher it is my job to help each and every student locate ways to help them become successful.
Some of the things we do in class involve weight-training, running, Yoga, P90X and other activities that help the development of muscle and cardio-vascular fitness for a strong and healthy body.
My class schedule is as follows:
Second Period Block
10:10 AM - 11:35 AM (Personal Fitness)
Lunch - 11:40 AM - 12:15 PM
Third Period Block
12:20 PM - 1:40 PM
Please make sure that you follow your students grade's on Infinite Campus. Grades are updated weekly. If you see your student's grade dropping within my class, it is due to not dressing out or non-particiapation. Please make sure you speak with you student if you see any drop in his or her grade. We are here to help students become successful and want to ensure every student thrives in class. With your help, we can achieve this.

60% Dressing Out
40% Assessment and Participation
