• Hello Rock Spring Family!

    My name is Brandy Van Pelt and I am excited to be your child's 2nd grade teacher. I have a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University, and my ED.S in Early Childhood Education, along with a Reading Endorsement from Georgia College and State University. I have also acquired the Gifted Education Endorsement.

    Interesting Facts About Me:

    * This is my 27th year of teaching.

    * My husband and I have a 3 year old little girl named Piper Rae

    * I have two step-sons: one going into the 7th grade, and one that is a senior this year.

    * I have two crazy dogs: Zeus and Reesie.

    * I have taught every grade but 4th grade.

    * I am one of the Reading Bowl coaches here at RSE.
