As we begin year one of our Personalized Learning journey, we are implementing student selected clubs.  We are so excited to offer students the opportunity to participate in clubs of their choosing.  The k-2 clubs that students were able to choose from are Poetry, Sign Language, Multicultural, Puzzle, Legos, Drawing, Fitness, Board Games, Card Games, and Coloring.  Students in grades 3-5 were able to choose from Drama, Coding, Cursive, Dance, Running, Photography, Coloring, Archery, Creative Movement, Board Games, Garden, and Tennis.  Clubs will take place beginning October 21st on three Fridays a month with Fun Friday occurring on the fourth Friday.  Club time will be from 8:00-8:30 so it is imperative that the students arrive on time for these days.

While we are able to purchase some items for our clubs, we want to reach out to our community to see if you have items that you would be willing to donate to our clubs.  This is not something we want you to purchase but if you have items pertaining to these clubs that you no longer use, we would gladly put them to good use.  Please see the items below:

    Puzzles

    Legos

    Board Games

    Playing Cards

Old Cameras that still work but you do not use any more

    Old tennis racquets

Garden items such as gloves, tools

If you have any questions about clubs please contact Kim Trepanier or Arlene Berry.  If you would like to donate items, please send those in with your child and the classroom teacher will get those to us so that we can utilize those during our club time.  We are excited to offer students the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities so that students can develop into well rounded students prepared for life outside of elementary school.
