    My name is Mr. Elzie and this is my sixth year at Wesley Lakes Elementary.  I received a Bachelor of Music from Georgia State University and write music outside of teaching.  Music plays an integral part in a child's academic performance, social engagement and cognitive development.  Throughout this year your students will learn about how to appreciate the aesthetics of music through movement and performance.  Please click on the chorus tab to find more information about chorus.  All parents are welcome to visit their child in music class at any anytime and if you have any questions please send me an email.
