    Hello! I am excited about the upcoming 2019-2020 school year and delighted to becoming a part of the Hickory Flat Elementary family.  This is my 12th year in the field of education and I am looking forward to another great year of teaching and learning with our group of brilliant minds. As an educator, I believe in setting a tone for a classroom community based on mutual respect and trust.  In addition, I believe in creating a classroom environment that is safe, comfortable and conducive to learning.  I am honored to have your child in my class this year and I look forward to a successful year!
