• Mrs. Marcella Felix is a Spanish Teacher at the Academy for Advanced Studies. She has been teaching Spanish for over 20 years. She completed her Bachelors Degree at the State University of New York at Old Westbury in 1996  and her Masters Degree at the University of Salamanca (Spain) in the year 2000. Mrs. Felix began her career as a Spanish Teacher at Benjamin E. Mays High School in Atlanta and also taught Spanish at Benjamin Banneker High School in Fulton County and Mundy's Mill High School in Clayton County. In addition, she served as a Professor of Spanish at Morris Brown College, Clark Atlanta University, Georgia Perimeter College, and Clayton State University. She is extremely passionate about the Spanish Language & Hispanic Culture.
