Degrees and Certifications:
Dr. Stephanie Westbrook
After high school, I attended the University of Georgia which is located in Athens, GA. The University of Georgia is the home of the Georgia bulldogs (Woof! Woof!). I obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Later, I obtained my Masters of Arts in Education (MAE) degree from the University of Phoenix.
My dream was to become an effective teacher who can make a difference in the scholars' lives. Now, I have been an influential, educator for eighteen years. I have instructed mathematics in secondary level education. I have a passion for teaching scholars, and I love my career.
In order to continue to be an effective teacher, I needed more education, teaching skills, and teaching abilities. I wanted to adapt to the scholars of the upcoming generations. Therefore, my professional goal was to pursue a higher education; therefore, I made the decision to pursue a doctoral degree. Recently, I acquired my doctoral degree from Walden University.
I am eager to collaborate, to communicate, and to socialize with parents, colleagues, external and internal education agencies, and other stakeholders. I promote student engagement, provide rigor, encourage critical thinking, and embrace personalized learning. Since I have been an educator at Austin Road Middle School, all scholars who were enrolled in the coordinate algebra courses have passed their End of Course Test (EOCT).
My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. I look forward to working with you.
