Launching This Fall: The SAT Suite of Assessments The redesigned SAT, PSAT/NMSQT®, PSAT™ 10, and PSAT™ 8/9 will focus on the knowledge and skills essential for college and career that students are already learning in classrooms. Working together, these assessments provide consistent feedback for measuring student progress. Launch dates for the redesigned SAT and PSAT/NMSQT:
- PSAT/NMSQT: Oct. 14, 2015
- SAT: March 5, 2016
First testing windows for the PSAT 10 and PSAT 8/9:
- PSAT 8/9: September 2015–January 2016
- PSAT 10: February–March 2016
