Counseling Department
Go Wolfpack!
Our mission is to provide a comprehensive counseling program aligned with the ASCA Model that enahnces the academic, career and personal/social development of all students. Counselors collaborate with faculty, families and community stakeholders in order to encourage students to be successful lifelong learners and problem solvers.
Our vision is to create a safe, inclusive environment that supports the needs of all students. We strive to guide students toward their academic, career and personal/social goals.
The WMS Counselors provide prevention and intervention activities through classroom guidance lessons, small group counseling and individual counseling. If parents/guardians would like for their child to be excluded from individual counseling, the WMS counseling department must have notification in writing. Counselors are also available to meet with parents/guardians by appointment.Phone 770-389-2774
