GEORGIA'S DUAL ENROLLMENT PROGRAM
Georgia's dual enrollment program provides high school students with the opportunity to take college-level courses while earning credit towards a high school diploma and college level degree. Participation in these opportunities facilitates the transition from high school to college, provides students with a "head start" on their college and career goals, offers meaningful and challenging academic experiences to qualified students, and saves money on a students' post secondary education.Dual Enrollment is for any eligible student. Students may enroll full-time or part-time in approved credit bearing college level courses which must count toward state and/or local high school graduation requirements. Please see your counselor for more information.**Participation in dual enrollment programs WILL NOT count against the paid hour cap for the HOPE Scholarship program.**
