If there are standards that we abide by, then we can have confidence that we are behaving "appropriately" in various types of public restaurants. When you become of age for employment, each time you answer the telephone for your company, the caller is receiving an impression of your company. It is your job to sell your image. It is your job to sell the image of your place of employment when you become of working age. If you answer in a professional manner, that image is portrayed. If you answer unprofessionally a much different image comes across and people will remember that!
