Growing up Coach Pildner cheered for the Riverdale Blackhawks, played softball, basketball, and took gymnastics.  Her first year in college, she was a cheerleader for the Clayton State Lakers.

Coach Pildner began her coaching career in Riverdale for the Blackhawks.  She coached in Locust Grove for 6 years.  Other titles she has held are Female Coach of the Year nominee for Henry Co., Coach of the Year for GA Youth, Asst. She is married to a wonderful man, Billy.  Together they have two beautiful daughters, Bethany and Meagan.  She is looking forward to the opportunity to share her knowledge of cheerleading and enthusiasm with the cheerleaders.  She wants all to remember that in order to have a successful year; she will need positive attitudes and cooperation from parents and girls.  She looks forward to a VERY successful cheer season!

    Coach April Carroll

April Carroll has been a substitute teacher and actively involved in the LGHS cheer program since it's beginning in 2009. Coach Carroll has been married to her loving and supportive husband for 22 years, and they have 3 great kids.  Jayci will be a Senior at Georgia Southern University in the fall, and Jocelyn will be a freshman there as well.  Both cheered for LGHS through their high school years and will always be Wildcats at heart!  Jaxon will be in 7th grade and plays football and XBox.  They believe in keeping God at the heart of their home.  Coach Carroll has always had a passion for cheerleading! She was captain of her high school cheerleading squad at Lake City Christian School, and went on to cheer for a year in college at Hyles-Anderson College in Indiana.

For 32 years, she has either cheered herself, coached middle school cheer, or been a cheer mom or coach!  That's a lot of cheerleading, ha,ha!!  But there's always more to learn, and she enjoys learning from her fellow coaches. Coach Carroll loves her LGHS babies and believes that cheerleading is a privilege that takes lots of practice and hard work, but instills a lifetime of benefits.

Phil. 4:13  "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me."
